Because these vessels are larger, the bleeding is often heavier and more difficult to control.<\/span><\/p>\n

When experiencing a posterior nosebleed, blood may flow into your throat or mouth, and the bleeding may come from both nostrils. This could cause nausea or difficulty breathing.
